How is Home Watch different from Estate Management?
Home Watch is a scheduled inspection service for vacant or seasonally occupied residences — documented walk-throughs, photo verification and rapid vendor dispatch. Estate Management is full-time stewardship of occupied estates, including staff oversight, vendor management and daily operations. The two are priced and staffed independently.
Which tier fits my residence?
Château covers residences up to 5,000 sq ft from $250/mo; Pavilion covers 5,001–10,000 sq ft; Palais covers 10,001–20,000 sq ft; Dynasty covers 20,001+ sq ft. Choose visit cadence — bi-weekly, weekly or twice weekly — inside the plan builder.
What discounts apply to longer commitments?
3-month plans receive 5% off, 6-month plans receive 20% off, and annual plans receive 25% off the monthly rate. The discount is calculated automatically inside the plan builder before checkout.
What is included in every inspection?
Exterior perimeter walk, interior climate and humidity check, leak and moisture inspection, plumbing and appliance run, alarm and camera confirmation, mail retrieval and a photo-verified report delivered the same day.
How are storm and hurricane events handled?
Pre-storm shutter and outdoor-furniture prep and a documented post-storm inspection are included for South Florida residences on any tier at no additional charge, subject to safe access after the storm has passed.
Can I add vehicle care to my Home Watch plan?
Yes. Optional car add-ons range from $70 to $120 per visit and cover battery-tender checks, short drive cycles and interior/exterior inspection of one or more vehicles kept at the residence.
How does payment and cancellation work?
Checkout runs on Stripe with a secure card or bank debit. Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' notice; longer commitments are billed monthly for the discounted term with a pro-rata refund if cancelled early for cause.
