About

A practice built on trust — and kept quiet by design.

Estate interior

Origin

Thirty years of service. Seventeen countries. One standard.

Valmore was founded to give principals what most staffing firms and household advisors cannot: a small, senior team accountable to a single point of contact — with the operational depth of a family office and the discretion of a private banker.

We have managed assets and the lives of families, UHNWI and personalities from the United States, South America, Europe and Asia. Our people have led households of 950+ professionals and served as trusted seconds to some of the world's most private families.

Principles

What we stand for

Discretion

We rarely appear in print. We are known by whom we serve.

Mastery

Senior operators only. No trainees on principal engagements.

Continuity

Long-tenured relationships. Institutional memory across generations.

Judgment

The right decision, quickly — often before it needs to be made.

Leadership

The people behind the practice.

Valmore is led by senior operators whose careers have crossed continents, industries, and the most demanding private households.

Mario Panizza

Mario Panizza has spent more than 25 years helping families protect, organize, and enjoy complex private estates. His experience spans 17 countries across the Americas, Europe, and Africa. That international background shaped a leadership style grounded in discretion, adaptability, and respect for different cultures.

Mario has managed residences from 4,000 to 80,000 square feet, extensive ranch properties, and teams of more than 50 professionals. His responsibilities have reached far beyond the home — including construction, renovations, household staffing, budgets, security, smart-home technology, gardens, vehicles, yachts, aircraft, and private events.

Several assignments required exceptional scale and precision. Mario led a smart $350 million oil and gas construction and investment initiative, directing over 50 professionals and partnering with Fortune 500 partners. He also directed a multimillion-dollar five-star development and an $8 million design and furnishing program across three international residences.

Yet Mario believes the smallest details often matter most: a home ready before the family arrives, a trusted employee who feels supported, or a problem resolved before the principal notices it.

His career includes senior leadership roles with Microsoft and the United Nations. At Microsoft, he led approximately 200 executives across 27 countries and managed a $250 million portfolio. At the United Nations, he directed international facilities and programs in demanding environments.

He is the writer of two global policies for the United Nations and served as Chief Operating Officer of UN missions in two conflict zones. A keynote and motivational speaker, he has addressed audiences including Microsoft, the European Union, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of Defense, APCSS, and New York University.

Mario holds a PhD from the University of Birmingham and an MSc from the University of Michigan, with additional advanced studies in management, planning, leadership, and law. A former Senior Commanding Officer in the U.S. Army Special Forces and an Honor Graduate, Microsoft Leadership nominee and EU Global Investment and Program Advisor, he is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with working French proficiency.

At Valmore Management & Staffing, Mario combines global experience with personal accountability. His goal is simple: protect the client's time, privacy, property, and peace of mind.

Veronica Pepe

Veronica Pepe brings more than 20 years of experience in estate support, finance, design, and personalized lifestyle service. Her work spans eight international markets, giving her a natural understanding of different cultures, homes, and expectations.

Veronica began her career in finance. As a Senior Risk Account Analyst with Commercial Bank in Uruguay, she supported high-net-worth clients and evaluated complex financial portfolios. She later held leadership responsibilities with Quantum-X Aerospace, Technologies & Integration, working with budgets, corporate resources, international relationships, and business development.

Her financial discipline is balanced by a strong creative perspective. As CFO and Smart Lab Interior and Construction Design Advisor for Latitude Trading & Investment, Veronica supported the development of an approximately 80,000-square-foot smart facility, coordinating interiors, furniture, gardens, construction details, technology partners, and international vendors.

For nearly 10 years, Veronica also supported multi-residence operations in the United States and Puerto Rico — coordinating travel, schedules, correspondence, household personnel, vendors, financial reporting, and guest preparation. Her hospitality experience includes events serving more than 500 VIP guests.

She understands that outstanding service is ultimately personal: remembering preferences, anticipating needs, and creating an environment where families feel comfortable and cared for.

Veronica holds MSc degrees in business administration and economic analysis. She also studied English at Florida Atlantic University and earned a Personal Trainer diploma from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She speaks English and Spanish fluently and conversational Portuguese and Italian.

At Valmore, Veronica brings warmth, financial intelligence, design judgment, and thoughtful attention to every detail.

Country Manager — Panama & Central America

Cindy Enciso

Cindy Enciso, Abogada, leads Valmore Management & Staffing across Panama and Central America, bringing more than sixteen years of legal, compliance, and corporate advisory practice to a market where discretion and regulatory precision are inseparable from good service.

A licensed Panamanian attorney and certified Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer (AMLCA), Cindy has spent her career advising private clients, family offices, and international companies on corporate structuring, residency and immigration matters, real estate transactions, labor law, and cross-border compliance. That combination is exactly what our principals need in the region: an executive who can open a household, hire and register staff correctly, close on a property, and keep every entity in good standing without exposing the family to avoidable risk.

Her legal discipline is paired with genuine operating experience. Cindy builds and supervises vendor and staff networks, negotiates with local counterparties, and holds service partners to the same standard Valmore applies in New York, Miami, and Montevideo. Clients relocating to or investing in Panama benefit from a single, accountable point of contact who understands both the letter of the law and the pace at which private families expect matters to be resolved.

Cindy is a licensed Panamanian attorney and holds an Executive MBA from ENEB (Spain); she works in Spanish and English. For Valmore she embodies our essential objective: protecting the client's time, privacy, assets, and peace of mind — with the rigor of legal counsel and the warmth of a trusted advisor. From Panama, she connects and coordinates all business across the Central American region, into Central America, and from Central America outward to the rest of the Americas and Europe.
