How often are vehicles cycled and started when the principal is away?
Weekly, at minimum. Every vehicle receives a documented start-and-warm cycle, battery-tender check, tire-pressure adjustment and short drive to prevent flat-spotting, fluid separation and gasket dry-out.
Do you coordinate enclosed transport between residences?
Yes. We manage enclosed climate-controlled transport between South Florida, New York and Europe — including carnets, customs brokerage, chassis dyno inspections on arrival and end-to-end chain-of-custody documentation.
Can Valmore manage manufacturer service, PPF and ceramic maintenance?
Yes. We coordinate all dealer and independent specialist appointments, on-site paint-protection film inspections, ceramic coating maintenance, leather conditioning and pre-event concours detailing.
Do you handle insurance, registration and titling for the collection?
We liaise directly with your broker, agreed-value carrier and DMV/state authorities to keep registrations, tags and specialty insurance policies current across every jurisdiction the collection touches.
How is the collection reported to the owner or family office?
A monthly written report per VIN — mileage, service events, storage humidity/temperature logs, photo audit and forward maintenance calendar — delivered to the principal and family-office designee.
Do you also oversee tenders, support fleet and marine assets?
Yes. Deck-crew liaison, wash-down cadence, tender launch schedules, fuel logistics and captain-facing maintenance calendars are all managed by the same officer stewarding the automotive collection.
