Room by room, item by item
Each room, exterior area and vehicle is photographed. The system names every object — television, chandelier, sofa, nightstand, artwork, bookcase — and the inspector confirms the record before anything is delivered.

Documented contents, for insurance
Every room, object and vehicle in your residence — photographed, named, counted and delivered as a bound, notarized inventory book. Exactly what an insurer asks for after a loss.
The purpose
After a fire, a theft or a hurricane, the claim turns on one question: what was in the residence? Almost no home of consequence has a documented answer. Valmore Estate Inventory creates that answer once — a dated, photographic, room-by-room record of the contents.
Each room, exterior area and vehicle is photographed. The system names every object — television, chandelier, sofa, nightstand, artwork, bookcase — and the inspector confirms the record before anything is delivered.
Where a count matters — ten dining chairs, a set of twelve glasses, a china service — a close-up capture is taken so every piece is clearly visible and counted precisely. Anything the system cannot confirm is verified by the inspector.
The inventory is exactly what an insurer asks for after a loss: a dated, photographic, room-by-room record of the contents of the residence, with an estimated value range for each item, clearly labeled as an estimate.
The inventory is delivered in the client portal and as a bound, notarized printed book with a USB copy — included, where most firms charge for it separately.
How it works
01
A specialist walks the residence with the owner or estate manager, agrees the room list and the capture plan, including garages, vehicles and collections.
02
Every room and area is photographed to a fixed protocol: a full view of each room plus close-ups wherever a count or a detail matters.
03
The system names and counts each object; the inspector reviews and confirms every line before the record is finalized.
04
The inventory is delivered in the client portal, as a bound notarized book and on USB.
Keeping it current
An inventory that is three years old is nearly as useful as none. Clients with the Estate 3D Vision add-on have each comparison flag new and missing objects against the record. Regular Home Watch visits check condition and flag anything missing or moved; a full inventory refresh is a separate service, on request.
