Waterfront residence documented during a Valmore Home Watch inspection

Home Watch intelligence add-on

Valmore Estate 3D Vision

A documented visual baseline that helps identify when objects or vehicles may have moved, appeared or gone missing between Home Watch visits.

The purpose

More than a snapshot of one visit

A standard report documents what the inspector saw today. Estate 3D Vision adds continuity: it gives each future visit a visual reference, making meaningful changes easier to recognize and document.

A consistent visual record

Reference views are created by room, exterior area and vehicle, giving the owner a clear baseline for future visits.

Changes are easier to spot

New inspection media is compared with the prior record to flag objects that appear moved, added or absent for human review.

Vehicles are included

Garage position and vehicle placement are documented alongside exterior, interior and walk-around views.

Owner-ready evidence

Every flagged change remains connected to dated photos or video, so the client can understand what changed and decide what happens next.

How it works

One baseline. Every later visit becomes a comparison.

01

3D Vision Baseline

On the first visit, the inspector records repeatable views for key rooms, entrances, valuable objects, garages and vehicles.

02

Vision Comparison

On the next visit, new photos and 360° videos are captured from the same reference points and compared with the previous record.

03

Change Alerts

Possible changes are highlighted for Valmore review before they appear in the client's inspection report.

04

Client decision

The client sees the supporting media and can request follow-up, vendor coordination or no action directly from the report.

Property video examples

The visual record the client can review

These videos come from the published Home Watch sample. Interior rooms and vehicles are both recorded with full 360° coverage. Each client residence remains private and is never used as a public example.

Because every view is captured from the same reference point on each visit, the comparison reports in plain terms what changed: an object that is missing — a painting no longer on its wall — an object or vehicle that has been moved, or something newly present that was not there before. Missing items appear in red at the top of the inspection report, moved items in orange, and each flag is confirmed by the inspector before the report reaches the owner.

Important distinction

A decision aid, reviewed by people

Estate 3D Vision highlights visible differences for review; it does not replace the inspector's judgment and does not claim millimeter-level tracking. Reliable results depend on repeatable camera positions, clear reference photos and unobstructed views.
