How is elite staffing different from an agency listing?

An agency forwards résumés from an existing database. Valmore runs a bespoke search: a written mandate, a mapped candidate market, structured competency and psychometric interviews, 360-degree references, compensation benchmarking, and documented onboarding with twelve months of aftercare.

Do you protect the principal's confidentiality?

Yes. Every search runs under mutual NDAs. The household, address and family details are never disclosed in outreach, and candidate identities are shared only with the principal or chief of staff leading the mandate.

How is compensation set for senior household roles?

Valmore benchmarks each mandate against live market data for the role, city and residence profile, then advises on salary, benefits, accommodation, vehicle and bonus structure. Compensation is discussed privately with retained clients and is not published.

Can candidates be represented confidentially?

Yes. Household professionals can register for confidential representation. Valmore introduces a candidate only to matched, retained mandates, and never circulates a profile without the candidate's written approval for that specific search.
