Verification, trial and guarantee
Background and reference verification precedes every introduction, with a paid trial day for finalists. The placement fee is 20% of the accepted first-year base salary, with a retainer of 20% of that fee, and a written twelve-month replacement guarantee.
Valmore runs the search and the offer; Portuguese contracting and payroll are handled by the principal's advisors or a vetted local partner.
