Placement with a Valmore client is conditional on the operator being current with BPS (Banco de Previsión Social) or being able to constitute their own company — unipersonal or SAS — and having it registered and active before any work begins. An operator who cannot satisfy one of these two conditions cannot be placed.
The operator is solely responsible for their own registration, contributions, taxes, invoicing and insurance, and must keep them current for the whole duration of the placement. Proof of BPS standing or company registration must be produced on request, at registration and at any time during an engagement.
Valmore Management & Staffing acts exclusively as an introducing intermediary between the operator and the household. Valmore is not the operator's employer, does not form an employment relationship with the operator, and is released from any social, civil, labour or tax liability arising from the placement or from the operator's failure to comply with BPS or company obligations.
Both conditions above must be accepted explicitly at registration through two separate confirmations: (i) BPS standing or own-company undertaking, and (ii) the release of Valmore from social and civil employment liability. A registration without both confirmations is not processed.
Any false, incomplete or misleading declaration on these points ends the candidacy or engagement immediately and subjects the operator to the criminal and civil laws of the country, without prejudice to any damages Valmore or the household may claim.
