Rates are per month for a single residence in the United States. Tiers are set by interior square footage; the plan builder lets you adjust the band if your residence sits between two tiers.

Compound and legacy-property stewardship built around your family office. Scope, staffing model and reporting cadence are written to your governance, so the plan is quoted privately.

Prepaid terms reduce the monthly rate on the plan and on every recurring add-on. One-time services are never discounted.
Monthly billing, cancel anytime after the first month.
Three months prepaid — 5% off monthly rate.
Six months prepaid — 10% off monthly rate.
Twelve months prepaid — 20% off monthly rate.
Any add-on can be layered onto any tier inside the plan builder. Recurring add-ons inherit your term discount.
