These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Valmore Management & Staffing website and the submission of inquiries, consultations, bookings and service requests. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

Valmore provides estate staffing, home watch, estate and property management, concierge transportation and car care, and relocation support. Scope, deliverables, schedule and fees for any engagement are set out in the proposal, plan or invoice you accept; those documents prevail over general website descriptions.

• Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary by country, property and scope.
• Invoices are payable by the due date shown; late balances may pause service.
• Recurring plans renew per the terms stated at purchase and may be cancelled in writing before the next renewal date.
• Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged.

If you check the optional SMS consent box, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Valmore Management & Staffing regarding service inquiries, appointments, bookings, concierge transportation, property-management services, staffing communications and account updates.

• Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of submitting any form.
• Message frequency varies with your account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply and are charged by your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to provide accurate contact and property information, lawful access to any premises we service, and prompt notice of changes. You are responsible for the accuracy of any phone number or email address you submit.

Valmore treats client identity, residence details and household information as confidential and discloses them only to personnel and providers who need them to deliver the service, or where required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Valmore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed engagement agreement states otherwise.
