Prestige Estate 3D Vision

Everything in Prestige, plus visit-to-visit change detection

The same inspection, plus a stored visual baseline of the residence. Each visit is captured from the same reference points and compared with the previous one, so objects and vehicles that are missing, moved or newly present are flagged at the top of the report.

Why the choice matters

A single visit proves care. A sequence of visits proves nothing changed.

A standard Prestige report is the right level for most residences: it catches leaks, humidity, pests, mechanical failures and storm damage early, and it gives you dated proof that the property was attended to.

What it does not do is remember. If a painting leaves a wall, a watch case is opened, a case of wine is removed or a collection car is repositioned between two visits, a per-visit report has nothing to compare against — the inspector sees the residence as it is today.

Prestige Estate 3D Vision closes that gap. The baseline is what makes an absence visible. It matters most when the residence is empty for long periods, when several vendors and staff hold access, and when what is inside — art, jewellery, wine, vehicles — is worth far more than the monthly add-on.

Both levels share the same inspectors, the same checklist and the same insurance. The add-on can be started or stopped at any time, and it applies to the residences you choose.
