How much does luxury estate management cost?
Valmore's US plans start at $1,995/month for the Manor Privé tier (2,500–5,000 sq ft), then move through Château, Pavilion and Palais based on residence size and operating complexity. Dynasty is available only by Private Proposal. Terms of 3, 6 and 12 months earn 5%, 10% and 20% discounts respectively.
What is included in a Valmore estate management plan?
Every plan includes principal-facing house management, vendor supervision, staff coordination, storm and seasonal protocols, security and life-safety checks, and disciplined monthly reporting. Add-ons such as vehicle care, 24/7 emergency response, staff payroll & compliance, and chef sourcing can be layered onto any tier.
What is the difference between the Château, Pavilion, Palais and Dynasty tiers?
Tiers are sized by residence square footage: Manor Privé covers 2,500–5,000 sq ft, Château 5,001–7,500 sq ft, Pavilion 7,501–10,000 sq ft, Palais 10,001–20,000 sq ft, and Dynasty 20,001+ sq ft. Each step up adds visit frequency, staff supervision hours and reporting depth.
Do you serve international estates outside the United States?
Yes. For residences in Europe, the Caribbean, South America and the Middle East we prepare a custom quote rather than a fixed-tier plan, based on the property, staffing model and travel calendar. Submit the international quote form and our Private Office responds within one business day.
How does secure checkout and billing work?
US plans are paid up-front for the chosen term through Stripe embedded checkout with automatic tax. You receive a branded PDF quote before payment and an itemized receipt by email after checkout. All handling of card data stays within Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 environment.
Can I add vehicle care, staff payroll or emergency response to my plan?
Yes. The plan builder lets you attach itemized add-ons — vehicle care, vendor supervision, 24/7 emergency response, landscape & pool oversight, staff payroll & compliance, seasonal open/close and chef sourcing — with the same tier discount applied to recurring add-ons.
