Recruitment process

How Valmore searches.

  • Technical fluency assessed with concrete evidence, not self-report
  • Reference chains include vendor, integrator and household leadership
  • Human sign-off on every shortlist; AI helps organize evidence only
  • Post-placement 30/60/90-day check-ins built in

AI + human review

Evidence first. Humans decide.

Valmore uses AI to organize job-related evidence — experience, references, verified skills — and to recommend up to six candidates for consideration. Every shortlist is reviewed and approved by a senior partner. AI never makes the final employment decision, and Valmore never uses protected characteristics such as race, religion, sex, age or national origin.

Seattle's technology community is small. Valmore protects principals from any signal that a search is under way.
