Recruitment process
How Valmore searches.
- Every intake reviewed with a senior partner
- Candidates verified across household, technology and foundation networks
- AI organizes evidence, humans decide
- Confidential offer and onboarding support
AI + human review
Evidence first. Humans decide.
Valmore uses AI to organize job-related evidence — experience, references, verified skills — and to recommend up to six candidates for consideration. Every shortlist is reviewed and approved by a senior partner. AI never makes the final employment decision, and Valmore never uses protected characteristics such as race, religion, sex, age or national origin.
Eastside households often coordinate with a nearby corporate or venture office. Valmore ensures no signal reaches those adjacencies.
