How we work
- Step 1Brief & eligibility
We confirm participants, experience level, objectives and the platforms you would like to shoot. Identity and eligibility verification is completed before any date is held.
- Step 2Session design
Your instructor builds the day: armoury selection, round count, drills and pacing. Half-day and full-day formats, single guest or small group, with optional multi-day progression.
- Step 3Range day
Private transfer, safety briefing, live fire under one-to-one supervision, then a debrief with performance notes and recommendations for the next session.
Why principals retain Valmore
Genuinely private
The range is yours. No queues, no onlookers, no phones from strangers — the same discretion standard we apply to residences and travel.
Instructors, not attendants
Sessions are led by senior army special operations officers with international operational experience, not casual range staff.
A curated armoury
Historic and modern platforms side by side — service pistols, carbines and rifles — so guests can compare handling, recoil and heritage in one afternoon.
Licensed and insured end to end
Every session runs under applicable licensing, supervision, insurance and documented safety protocol. Nothing proceeds without full compliance.
Frequently asked
- Do I need any prior experience?
- No. Most guests are first-time shooters. Sessions begin with a full safety and fundamentals block, and the instructor sets the pace to your comfort.
- Which firearms can I shoot?
- Availability varies by date and jurisdiction, but typical sessions include Glock and Beretta pistols alongside AK-47, M4A1, M16, M1 Carbine and MP-class platforms. Tell us what interests you and we confirm the armoury in advance.
- Can family members or guests join?
- Yes. Small groups are welcome, subject to eligibility checks and minimum age and supervision rules. Non-shooting guests can observe from a secure position.
- Is this legal and licensed?
- Every session is delivered by a licensed partner at an authorised facility, with qualified instructors, applicable permits and insurance. Participants are verified beforehand and no firearm ever leaves the range.
- Can it be combined with a trip?
- It is designed to be. We pair range days with protection details, secure transport, yacht or estate stays and wider concierge planning as a single itinerary.
