• Identity and contact details you submit: name, email, phone number, city, country.
• Service details you provide in inquiry, consultation, booking and intake forms.
• Billing and payment records processed by our payment providers.
• Consent records: whether you accepted our privacy terms and whether you opted in to text messages, with date, time and the page where consent was given.
• Basic technical data such as IP-derived location, device and browser type.

• To respond to inquiries and deliver the services you request.
• To schedule appointments, visits and transportation, and to send related confirmations.
• To issue invoices, payment links and receipts.
• To meet legal, tax, security and record-keeping obligations.

Phone numbers are used to contact you about your requests and services. We send text messages only to numbers whose owner checked the optional, never pre-selected SMS consent box on our forms, and only for transactional purposes: service inquiries, appointments, bookings, concierge transportation, property-management services, staffing communications and account updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party other than the messaging provider strictly required to deliver the message.

We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, messaging, payment processing, scheduling) and where required by law. We do not sell personal data, and we do not rent or purchase contact lists.

We keep client and inquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal and accounting requirements. Candidate identity documents are deleted after six months. Consent records are retained for as long as the consent is relied upon, plus the period required to evidence it.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, role-based access control and audit logging of administrative actions. Access is limited to Valmore staff who need it for their role.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or stop contacting you. Write to private@valmoremanagement.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
