Elite Staffing — Atherton

Invisible, estate-grade staffing for Atherton's principals.

Atherton is among the most private residential communities in the United States. Between West Atherton, Lindenwood and the Menlo Circus Club corridor, principals expect senior household staff who operate quietly across technology-founder schedules, venture travel and multi-residence calendars from the Peninsula to Lake Tahoe. Valmore places a very small number of proven professionals into Atherton each year.

Recruitment process

How Valmore searches.

Retained, single-firm and NDA-protected from first call
References verified across Peninsula and Bay Area household networks
AI-supported evidence review with human partner decisioning
Post-placement 30/60/90-day check-ins

AI + human review

Evidence first. Humans decide.

Valmore uses AI to organize job-related evidence — experience, references, verified skills — and to recommend up to six candidates for consideration. Every shortlist is reviewed and approved by a senior partner. AI never makes the final employment decision, and Valmore never uses protected characteristics such as race, religion, sex, age or national origin.

Atherton's household community is exceptionally small. Valmore conducts searches so that neighbors, staff networks and vendors never learn a search is underway.
