1. Development & Lead
Full-cycle oversight — Valmore designs, develops, and leads the project from concept to completion

We create the project vision, scope, and structure, then manage execution end-to-end.

2. Development Only
Valmore designs the project, then hands execution to the client’s internal/family office team

We design the blueprint: org structure, SOPs, budget, contracts, KPIs, vendor lists.

3. Lead Only
Client provides the project, Valmore manages execution only
