Inspector field checklist
Home Watch visit checklist — residence & vehicles
This is the working list a Valmore inspector carries to the property. Every line is checked on site, graded on the condition scale below, and documented with timestamped photo or video — the same criteria that appear in the client report.
Grading criteria — every item is marked
Satisfactory
Within expected condition — no action required.
Monitor
Early sign of wear or drift — recheck on the next visit and track.
Deficient
Outside expected condition — schedule correction within the stated window.
Critical
Risk of damage or loss — act immediately and notify the owner.
